STUDENT ACCOMMODATION ROADSHOW
Having been students ourselves, we’ve seen how tough the area of housing can before students and are committed to changing things. As part of our initiative, we engage Student Societies to provide an annual Student Accommodation Roadshow (SSAR) and help millions of students every year struggling with bad housing or through our advice, support and legal services.

We helps students understand better how to rent, what to be aware of, where to look for specific properties, how to book and how SPCE gets involved in the student community to make this step less challenging than it is today, especially for the growing international student population who need housing support, now more than ever.

SSAR will allow students to connect with the SPCE team for any sort of accommodation help or advice and other related issues and topics. Every University and society will have a SPCE contact number and email where students can ask for help at any time.

SPCE aims to help make student
renting a much safer and simpler process. For both domestic students and International students, SPCE is ensuring the right support and guidance is given to all when renting accommodation and you can help too!
REFER A FRIEND
Any student registered with your platform can refer a student using their unique code (See example). This referral system allows students to receive £5 credit for every student they invite and registers. They then receive a further £20 from SPCE for each friend who books a property through your platform.
