PADLOCK: For Private Landlords, this icon tells renters that their properties benefit from our in-app payment facility, built neatly into the product.

SPCE software allows tenants to find, view and rent great rooms, individually or in groups, whilst maintaining the advantages of individual tenancy liability. This ensures that where there are multiple occupants in a property, you only pay for your rent and damage which is your fault.
If tenants have a problem with their property, they can request a fix through the app. If you need to ask a question, simply message your landlord directly.

EXTRAS FOR YOUR TENANTS (STUDENTS)
INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS RENTING THROUGH SPCE CAN NOW CHOOSE YOUR GUARANTOR
If you have international student who do not have a UK-based guarantor, they can still rent through SPCE platform without having to pay their entire rent up front. Please note that the scheme is only open to international students renting through a platform powered by SPCE at this stage.
